Origin of SMS language :P and basic abbreviations

Want to know the origin of SMS language? :p
Fine, let us consider the below two statements...
1. 140 characters limit
2. 140 crctrs lmt
Option 2 gives same information as opt1.. But, 
in 20% less characters and 
in 12 clicks (on T9 keypad) which is lesser than Option 1
with zero concern about spellings and 
just a little idea of English phonetics would help you understand the message.
So you see, non-sense makes sense.
Since few are not very good at SMS language it really is stressful when someone sends a mail or an sms in this language and also they have to hurry along to Google to decipher the words....
So, below are the basic abbreviations which are used in our messages/chats.....

HRU      How are You
MSG Message
GTG Go to Go
Coz      Because
Crzy      Crazy
CU     See you

B4           Before
NE1 Anyone
TY Thank you
G8 Great
BTW      By the Way
BTWN   Between
FYI        For Your Information
GM         Good Morning
IDK         I Don't Know
GN Good Night
VGM  Very Good morning
TYVM Thank you Very much

ASAP As soon as possible

OMG Oh My God
And rest is left to God as in how the other person understands the message sent!!! :P
